Mental Health Social Worker (MHSW) - Telehealth / Case Conferencing - 2 days per week Seeking an experienced and flexible Mental Health Social Worker to join our client's team under a Practice Management Agreement (PMA). This hybrid role combines telehealth case management, case conferencing panel work, as well as in-person 1:1 and group facilitation (planned for the near future at the organisation's Frankston Clinic). The Opportunity As an MHSW, you will provide high-quality mental health support to clients through a mixed model of service delivery. This includes telehealth consultations, structured case conferencing, and facilitating group psychoeducation and therapy sessions once in-person work begins in 2-3 months' time. Key Responsibilities Participate in MDT case conferencing panels (1 full day per week). Deliver telehealth case management (1 day per week). Manage your own caseload and scheduling under the PMA. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise client outcomes. Facilitate fortnightly in-person 1:1 consults and group sessions (near future). Remuneration (PMA Rates) Telehealth Consults: $110 - $165 p/hr - based on 2-3 appointments p/hr Case Conferencing Panels: $1,000 per day Requirements Membership with AASW as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. Qualified Social Worker - Australian recognised degree. Open to Social Workers currently undergoing accreditation (with submitted hours and documentation to AASW).
